Shipping Policy

All items listed are made to order. In most cases you can expect your item to ship in less than 7 business days. Some items, such as wooden lake maps may have longer lead times and should inform you of what to expect prior to placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

With all products being unique and produced only once ordered, this means that returns and exchanges are not accepted if you have ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide proof of damage/manufacturing error.
