Great Lakes Backlit Map
<p>The Great Lakes are the largest group of freshwater lakes on earth and now they can hang on a wall or sit on a shelf in your home as this backlit map.</p><p> </p><p>This backlit map is the perfect gift for you or a loved one who appreciates these enormous lakes.</p><p> </p><p>The Great Lakes backlit map comes in various sizes and is framed with locally sourced, milled, and kiln dried 1" rough cut walnut. </p><p> </p><p>Maps are cut and engraved using a laser cutter. Because each map is handmade and finished and due to the natural variations of wood grain, each item will have slight variations from the photo.</p><p> </p><p>The LED backlight is powered via a USB cable will come with a remote allowing you to choose the backlit color of your choice. You also are able to make the backlight fade between colors or flash. I find keeping it on a soft white or slight blue gives the lakes the best effect.</p><p> </p><p>The USB cable is approximately 12” long and can be plugged into any USB charging outlet.</p><p> </p><p>Depending on the distance to your USB outlet, you may need to get a USB extension cable. </p><p> </p><p>This item takes a few weeks for me to make.
