Epidote Lake in Keweenaw County, Michigan covers approximately 2.9 acres and reaches a maximum depth of 10.0 feet.

Whether you prefer a canvas print or a layered laser-cut bathymetric map, both versions of the Epidote Lake design use my own original artwork developed from real sonar depth readings taken from the lake.

Canvas prints are offered in 5×7, 8×10, and 11×14 sizes, with the option to add a black floating frame for a finished, gallery-ready look suitable for any wall display.

Built from six laser-cut and engraved layers based on real sonar data, the bathymetric map is framed in a black floating frame. It is also available with backlighting, which casts a warm glow through the layered depth contours.

Each piece is made in-house from start to finish — from the original design through the laser cutting, staining, and final assembly — with help from my son Noah when needed.
